does everyone lose hair

are you supposed to be concerned with carbs during the clear liquid stage. I am not getting in many calories. I am able to get in soul my protein and water but not many calories should I be concerned

after sleeve how am I supposed to get the calories in with only protein shakes and water.

before I go out and spend 5.00 a bottle on isopure

ok I went grocery shpopping with my husband not a good idea especially when he was hungry. 130.00 and all I got was 3 cans of soup and protein drink lol

I was sleeved on 4/4 and have not had one complication pain was minimal I did not even need it after day one. I have not had any gas problems. I did not have any health issues and my bmi was 40 I have lost 16lbs since surgery. from what I have read most people have had ok experiences too. I like the protein shakes and have always drank water and not soda. I tried countless diets and got no.where due to low thyroid. this surgery may not be for everyone but the opportunity to live a full healthy life outweighed the risk I read about the surgery. even though I did not have health risks I knew they were coming
