6 week check up, everything is good, weight loss 43 lbs, got out of my stall, that is good. Do not have to go back until 6 weeks

I go for my 5th dietcian appointment today. One for to go and then I can begin proceedings for surgery. I am so ready to change my life!

Ging back to work today, happy and sad. I hate to say it but I like staying at home

Office visit went well, down 36 lbs. yeah. He says I need to incorporate more veggies and can eat regular foods like chicken and steak.
