I'm going through the same thing I have got to take responsibility for my own actions. I am 12 weeks post op & been stuck at a 20lb loss for the past month. I haven't been exercising or eating the right food. I can't do that anymore or I will never have different results as long as I never change my habits banded or not. Thanks for this post I really needed it!!!

Was anyone told they had a liver disease called NASH? If so did your lapband surgery and weight loss corect the problem?
