I started yesterday.. my nutritionist ok'd chicken and beef broth.. so i spike it with a little seasoning and hot sauce it tastes similar to ramen noodles.. ive also been doing sf jello , atkins advantage dark choc. royal shakes are deeeeeeeelish and snickers mKes a protein bar called marathon DELISH and 68 crnts at walmart

Money was a little tight this week so I got 2 4pcks of tge atkins advantage dark choc. royale, sugar free jello,baby carrots,cucumber,tomato, im a college student and im allowed a 3 oz lean meat and umlimited none starchy veggies so im going to eay dinner in the cafeyeria

So my pre op diet starts tomorrow.. I'm excited that my day is so close yet afraid because my comforter (food) is being taken away from me..I know this is the best decision for me although ive had many try to discourage me.. i pray that God continues to watcj over me through this process and i pray that he blesses you all through this journey. I pray that he gives us all strength as we walk through this valley to a better temple

I forgot to mention the dreaded nausea. Yes ill have support and I can get through this im just one of those who likes to be "in the know" lol

I've seen many people say they didn't,feel they'd lost as much weight as they'd hoped.. regardless of the pound number are you losing inches? Are you looking better? Are people noticing?

I'm so happy for everyone my day is almost here April 25th I will be on the losers bench. I pray that God looks after us and makes it all go smoothly..

lol i feel you guys. It felt like those 6 months were gonna drag by and luckily my insurance cut it down to 4.. idk why or how but i didnt ask any questions lol.. im so scared, excited,happy. Its such a broad array of emotion i dont know which one to feel. lol Lissa i cant wait to be in your position. what was your experience like when you first woke up. thats the only thing that frightens me. i dont want to wake up in screaming pain
