  1. I guess each doctor has his or hers own sch I had my surgery 10 weeks ago but i only had to stay on liquid diet for 2 weeks then puree diet but even then it was only the meats that i had to puree Vegtables as long as fully cooked could be eaten as is. There are a number of diets for the sleeve surgery on the net. but I just ignored them and stayed with the one the dietian the doctor assigned me gave out now almost 11 weeks out and eating normal type food now i still have not touched carbs and the 60 lbs i lost have given me complete freedom form insulin (YEA)

still today my tummy feels tight as i eat but it also tells me ok that enough Just listen to that tight feeling and stop

  2. So since surgery my sleeve has felt really tight and full like. It's not making me vomit or anything when I eat, just feels uncomfortable. Anyone else have this?

I have the same problem had to resort to boringly slow chewing and stopping as soon as i even thought it was tight or full and it has worked for me lost 30 pounds in 4 weeks and 10 the week before on the liquid diet so as they say looking good so far

  3. I KNOW I shouldn't be weighing and I have lost 15 total with the pre op and what I did lose the 1st week, It's just alittle frustrating... and I know my body is in shock and trying to hold on to what it has for dear life...but still annoying!!! Any tips or advice? I guess I was under the delusion I'd be a fast loser LOL

I just had my 4 week check up and had a similar experiance but both the doctor and dietian said it is expected in the second two week to slow drasticly then pick up again in a week or so there is no explination for it just is i lost 27 pounds the first two weeks then just 4 the next too so dont worry
