  1. Well' date=' I'm sad to say that not only have I lost significant boobage, my butt decided to join the girls! There is not much left. :( its like my legs just keep going. I think I'm sadder about my booty than the boobies. At least I can put on a pretty bra and pretend. There's nothing that's going to camouflage the lack of buttness.[/quote']

Get a bodymagic. It lifts your butt like whoaaaaaaa!

  2. That is SO awesome' date=' I am jealous of your will power!! I was doing really good in the beginning at not weighing myself all the time. Then at about 205lbs I started weighing daily because I wanted to see myself hit 199, and now I've formed this terrible habit!! I'm totally going to just make my husband hide it somewhere I can't reach (back to being so short, heh)

I'm also a size 16 right now, started out as a tight 18 (should have been 20 but I just refused), and they are getting loose. I tried on a pair of 14 jeans and they are TIGHT, but they button and zip so I was pretty excited. I think in about 2 weeks they'll fit the way they are supposed to, LOL.

    I can't wait to hear what progress you've made!![/quote']

    Ooohhh weee get it girl!

  3. Sleeved on 5/17 - last time I weighed I'd lost 22lbs - that includes Pre-op diet. I'm 5'2; started at 210lbs. This is week 4- I got dehydrated and actually passed out at work on Monday morning and was transported to hospital via ambulance. I got fluids and was fine. Since then I've been drinking like a fish. I feel Water logged. This week has been a struggle to eat - yuck. The smell of food turns my sleeve! Still having some dizziness' date=' fatigue, headaches, nausea and grouchy as a hornet. I've felt great til this week. I'm really not able to exercise yet due to the dizziness. I know this is temporary and it actually is getting better each day. Protein & Vitamins are a must for me. Cannot skip them. If I do, I can hardly get out of bed! I have found the mornings are much more difficult for me than prior to surgery. My guess is from the lack of food & Water during the night. Anywho... Still very excited about a new life!

    Love,

    Shelley & Sleevie Wonder ;)[/quote']

YEAAAAAA YOU! You look great! Im sorry you got sick. Sometimes I find it easier to drink than eat too. Love the name Sleevie Wonder

  4. You are not alone I was sleeved 12/13/11 so I'm 6 months out and 10lbs from goal and 31 years old. I have tons of loose skin my doctor says at least a few pounds worth. I'm working on the toning aspect of my journey now so I too am praying some of it will snap back accordingly.

What are your worst spots mine are tummy n arms

  5. I would like to join I'm 5'2 266.6 pounds today. I'm in southern California' date=' I am a Kaiser Permanente patient. I plan on having surgery in West Los Angeles soon hopefully. I have completed all of their requirements and waiting for the call to schedule an appointment with a surgeon.

How is everyone doing? I'm anxious to follow your progress.

I found an old WW boom and was sad to see that at 204 I was still a size 18. I'm a very tight 20, refuse to buy anymore clothes for now.[/quote']

    Hey Nina88, welcome.

  6. So I'm still not regular. I'm 8 weeks post-op. I tried the stimulant laxative and get mild cramping. I tried to stool softener Colace thinking it wouldn't cause cramping and I woke up in the middle of the night with severe pain and spent a lot of time on the toilet :( Any suggestions for something that won't cause cramping. I'm miserable :(

I am using Muralax (sc). It dissolves easy in your drink and doesn't cramp

  7. I have just been sleeved 2 wks. ago and am starting to get hungry on some days. I am worried that I am not going to lose weight.

I too am done with the Protein shakes' date=' and am glad that I found one in a shot form so I don't think that I am drinking just for my protein. It is at the point that I don't want to eat just too keep the calories low. I am averaging 650 calories a day. Some days are lower and 2 days were close to 800. When doing so I am averaging 70 grams of protein.

My doctor wants me to transition to solid food for protein to make it as natural as possible when it is safe to. I know it is not good, but I am on the scale almost everyday and it worries me when i don't see the scale going down when I am in the "honeymoon" phase of my surgery

    Any suggestions?[/quote']

Step Away From the SCALE! I am 3 weeks out and I only touch a scale at the Dr.'s right now.

  8. I was sleeved 4/13 and also have no appetite. I can't drink the Protein Shakes for some reason anymore either' date=' they make me physically ill (and I've tried about 10 different ones recently). I am able to eat a selection of soft foods now, but worry without the Protein shakes I'm not getting in enough protein or calories. Most day my Water intake is about 60 ounces and I can only eat at the most 3 ounces per meal. I feel like the more water I take in the less I actually want to eat.[/quote']

Ok so I got greek yougurt and mozarella cheese, I will also try to mix my protein in my yougurt so I can do this lol. Mind over matter right! Geez! Lol I have to do this
