Don't give up! The sleeve can work for u if u work the sleeve. I sometimes feel scared that I can eat too much food. I find that if I am eating Protein first I become full faster and don't eat as much and I stay full longer. I try to do this when I feel like I can eat too much or if I haven't seen the scale move etc. I can eat a whole PB and j sandwich- that's a lot of food IMO. But it's carbs! I can eat a whole lot more carby foods in one sitting- this is why they r called slider foods. Hang in there! Try not to get discouraged and go back to protein first and drink ur Water. I'm sorry ur feeling so badly. hopefully they called u in and u had an okay experience at the doc. How long has it been since u were sleeved? I know that I had buyers remorse within my first six weeks. Hang in there! Sent from my iPhone using VST -
Hi! Do those have caffeine in them? I'm glad u found something that works for u. I did 20 miles on Sat in 3:25. I started with powerbar energy chews 30 min into the run and then ate one chew every 10-15 minutes until I finished. I upped my carbs the day before and got up extra early to eat a PB and j before running. Sent from my iPhone using VST

Hello! I figured that I'd check back in because I went indoor climbing on Friday. I had a blast! Go for it, Coolbreeze! U will have a great time. Definitely wear clothing u can move in. I rented climbing shoes and I loved them. My friend climbed in her tennis shoes and she had a hard time. U definitely want to use a hard soled shoe. And definitely take fingerless gloves. I didn't and I needed to stop climbing because the inside of my palms hurt from working belay. I plan on doing it again. It was a great workout and my upper body was/still is sore. I'm 34 and exercise pretty consistently. My most noticeable loose skin is on my arms, thighs, and tatas. Things seem to even out the further I get from my surgery date. I had LOTS of loose skin immediately after surgery when I was rapidly loosing weight.

Wow! 5 pounds in one week is awesome! Running will definitely give you a swift kick in the tushie for sure.

No, don't have a fuel bad, but I earn fuel points when I use the nike + gps app. I don't know what to do with the points. It seems cool! Congrats on the new gadget!

I run three times a week and try to walk my dog daily. I also like to do random athletic stuff. Last night I went indoor rock climbing and I had a blast!!! So much fun. And... This Thursday I'm taking a pole dancing class. A little crazy, but I gotta keep things exciting and new. Sent from my iPhone using VST

I used to really enjoy ice cream and milkshakes presleeve, but now- not so much. I don't Know what it is but I don't like it nearly as much. Oddly, my head still tells me that I want it. The last time I tried to get a milkshake I ended up pawning it off on my son. Old habits r hard to break I guess. Sent from my iPhone using VST

Yeah, of course. Choose to make tomorrow better! I know easier said than done, but shake things up a bit. Change up ur food or workout routine. I'm sorry u didn't get ur workout in. I know for me this sometimes adds to the poopiness of a crap day <- pun not intended. Hang in there. I hope tomorrow is better. Sent from my iPhone using VST
