I feel your pain....pun totally intended I have early arthritis and a compressed disc in my lower back as well, so sometimes it can be very painful. I am going to try the stair stepper or just run up and down the local stadium. I've always had a larger derrier, so it feels weird to be bony down there. It is kind of nice to sit on my hubbies lap and him say "Get your bony bum off me!"
