Just wondering what I can eat, just got 1 cc

Oh I had no idea I wouldn't feel any restrictions till after the 6 th fill? I have very little now with no fill, I just assumed a fill would give me restriction.

I had band with plication, This will be my first fill, I'm 8 months post, down 65 lbs but I've stopped losing weight about a month ago, I'm not gaining just not losing!

Just need some advise on first fill

I'm 7 months post band with plication, I've got the worst heartburn ever! I'm taking meds, I've went to my local ER nothing is helping! My band is empty, I've never had a fill, anyone else having this problem?

Finally my dr text me back and just told me she wanted to see me next week? So she must not be to concerned? But what I know I've never had heart burn this bad! I'm taking nexium and mylanta, so I thought maybe it might be a hernia?

Thanks! Im not hurting at the moment it's just sore to touch, I don't think it's an emergency, I'm just trying to relax, my husband will be home at 1:00 am if I'm hurting or start having anymore problems I'll go. Thanks everyone!

My port has not been used! Ive never had a fill...

I tried to get up with her, I'd go to ER but all roads are bad, it's been icing all day, I've been pushing against my stomach while decorating a cake up against by counter top, It's been tingling, it's just freaking me out!

I'm 7 months post and just found lump below my port, I'm getting scared! Someone please help!

I also had plication with the band, I've lost 65 lbs since June 13, 2012 with no fills, my dr says that my band is for back up plus it helps the band from slipping, she doesn't recommend doing band alone, I'm glad I had the plication!

Thanks guys! It's not so bad but I do hit it a lot bumping into counters! It's pretty sharp and after eating it sticks out even more it's like something out of a syfi movie!

My port is protruding out of my stomach, I'm 5 months post, I asked dr she don't seem concerned but I just don't like the feeling of it!

It's sorta like the sleeve but with no cutting out your stomach, they fold the stomach into its self and stitch it up, reducing the size of the stomach.

I was the second plication that my dr had done, and the first success one with that much weight loss without any fills, so I want to see how much I can lose without any fills, so I feel a little pressure on trying to prove to my dr that I can do this and for her to show others that it can be done!

I'm 5 months post op, and is having the most periods that ive had in ten years! I've only had 10-12 in the last ten years now I've had four out of the last five months, is wondering if anyone else has had hormonal changes? Now I'm scared that I may have boobooed! Not thinking that I'm fertile once again and not using any protection! Now I'm actually ovulating, should I consult with ob on getting on some kinda of birth control until I'm at least a year post op?

I'm 38 only had a couple of periods a year, hadn't had one in nine months, had my surgery in June, I had one every month now after the first 20 lbs of weight loss, so our hormones are affected with weight loss now I'm afraid of getting pregnant at my age!

I had band with plication on 6/13/12 starting weight was 260 and as of this morning I'm weighting in at 199! I still like 50 more lbs to go to hit my goal weight but just getting into the 100's is a big achievement for me! And I'm so trilled!

Yeah mine too! It felt like something was stuck in my throat, due to all the swelling from the tube, warm salt water will help!

Yeah I know what you mean....every time we go out to dinner we have to sat near the restrooms!

Me too! Got my band in June, I've had strep, pneumonia and recently the shingles! But same as you I shipped my vitimans too, and every time I get the horrible pain in my arm from the shingles, I regret not taking them! So I've started taking them again!

Yeap same thing happened to me, the d-dimer was high because of your recent surgery , mine was to but they have to make sure that theres no clots, deep breathes will open up your so called " grapes" in the lungs, best of luck!

I thought the same thing! I was in so much pain, so sore, I regretted having the surgery I was like what in the hell did I do! Lol but I assure you that it will get better, just try to relax and let your body heal, protein shots work the best for me, just shop around and try different ones until you can find some that you can tolerate!
