Never! I have to use a laxative once a week. I have tried fiber, miralax nothing works.

I still think the same thing but you will succeed too. I never could have lots that much weight on my own.

Blue ranger shirt is two weeks before surg 261. Orange shirt is 2 month post op @ 226 Green outfit is 3 months post op @ 217

I used to drink a six pack of diet dr. P a day. Stopped cold turkey and now I drink water like crazy.....I don't seem to ever get my thirst quenched.

I also was a patient of Dr.Kim. I had a great experience with both him and his staff. He did not seem to talk to much, but again I went in with all my test results and labs so there was not much to talk about except my surg date. My surg went great and I went home with tons of instructions and advise. His pre-op diet was not so bad. I am almost three months out and have lot 43 pounds. I could not have done that on my own. He saved my life. Last week I was able to ride bikes with my kids!!!! Thanks Dr.Kim!

Amen! I too work in the medical field and see first hand the results of not caring for your body. I was sleeved April 10 and I am down 42 pounds. Can't wait to be healthy again!!! Best of luck to u!

Sleeved here in Dallas Texas on 4/10 weighed in at 261 and now I am 220. Without my sleeve I would not have lost anything and prob gained more. Took a couple weeks to realize this is just a tool and not a miracle. Pisses me off when people say things like "just fourth one pounds" or "that's it".......trying to stay away from the haters.....

My sister tells people "yeah she had fat people surg and only lost thirty pounds". This is about a month after surgery!!!! Hello! Some people are jealous and show it by hating others.

Same for me. I posted some before and after pics and not one person commented on them....I don't really have friends now. The old ones does care for the thinner me and I don't try to make new ones. Living my life for me and my wonderful family.

Omg!!!!! Yes my hairy is greasy and my face stays greasy no matter how many times I wash it...... I thought I was crazy!
