No I've been banded 4 months, no problems but best wishes to you. I'd say rate of fills would depend on your doc. Mine is so conservative with fills and others it seems put in several ccs at a time- Looking For Fitbit Friends
I have had my fitbit for about 60 days now. I noticed this AM when I synced that I've lost 10 pounds in that time. I love the thing. I'd love to be your friend! I'm Samsawmom- Liver Shrinkage
I had a big liver on my surgery date. I wasn't required to lose pre op but followed the liquid diet for three days before surgery, so I only lost a few pounds. My band was still placed. In hindsight I wish I had tried harder to shrink it, when he told me about my liver in recovery I was embarrassed. But like I said, they can still place them. Good luck everyone!- How Much Protein?
I mix my AM coffee with a pure protein shake and by the end of the day I average about 80g of protein. I was told to get at least 60g per day.- Vitamins
- Goodbye 280S... Hello 270S Yay!!!
I went down a scrub size recently too! I looooove it- Update Us!
Hi April bandsters! How is everyone doing? I'm happy to report 41 pounds down. I'm almost in the green zone. Recently started exercising and it's helping me lose nicely. So glad I did this!- Since You Asked... Here Is My Scale / Weight Tracker
You've done so well! Any pieces of advice?- How To Tighten A Lap Band Without A Port Head?
She states in the beginning that she had a hard time finding a doc to place the band, being at a normal BMI. Her situation certainly is different from mine and everybody else I know in the banded world. I imagine situations like this are more prevalent than we realize. Not the complication though. I don't know of anyone with a BMI of 18 with a band port but I can imagine that an abdomen thats sunken in like that could have port issues.- Boyfriend Totally Against Me Getting Lap Band
Congrats!- Fit & Active Products
I think they're great! I actually bought some stuff today from Aldis, the only place I know of to get Fit and Active. It's a great way to restrict calories so it's got to work!- My Fitness Pal
I'm Samsawmom. MFP is what keeps me in line. I love it!- Just Can't Get My Energy Back From Surgery
I'm 3 months post op and have been feeling fatigued, mildly dizzy when I stand. After lots of blood tests it seems the culprit is just dehydration. Im just not drinking enough. It's so hot here in the Midwest, that's not helping. I haven't started a structured exercise program either. Good luck - Port Revision Surgery
