Exactly one month ago, I got my sleeve. So far, my sleeve has been a major blessing. I have lost a total of of 31.2 lbs from the beginning of my preop diet. I lost 8 lbs on preop and 23.2 lbs since my sleeve. Horray!!

Had a wonderful first preop appt today. Tomorrow will be two weeks since I've been sleeved. I'm down 16 lbs since surgery and 24 lbs since preop diet. Yipee!!

Wednesday is my big day!! Considering doing to day liquid diet. It's not required, but I want to make sure my body is prepared as possible for surgery.
