Caffeine During Pre Op Diet
- New To Myfitnesspal...looking For Friends
Williesheia is my username on MFP, feel free to add me.- Chest Discomfort
I had this as well. It could be the gas and more than likely that's what it is. However, keep alert about it to make sure it doesn't worsen. If it does, you may need medical advice/attention to calm your nerves and to make sure it's nothing serious. Best of luck to you and wishing you a speedy recovery. Lala- Caffeine During Pre Op Diet
No caffeine restrictions during pre-op diet. Enjoy- Newby...awaiting Surgery Date In September

Congrats and best wishes on your journey- Chewing Gum
I chew gum from time to time. I think it's ok as long as you don't swallow it.- Headache After Fill
If you can drink and eat just fine I would say its possible that an over fill is not the issue. It could very well be seasonal/allergies or a cold of some sort, maybe even stress. Hope you feel better soon.- My Fitness Pal And Daily Calorie Allowance
Some eat between 900-1200 cals. Everybody is different. It depends on your body as well. Some lose weight great at 1000cals while others may not. Some need the extra and some do great at 900 cals. For me on my fitness pal, I usually log about 800-1000cals aday. Some days a little more because at one point my dietitian told me I wasn't eating enough. You can set your own calorie goal on MFP by going to your settings. Good luck:)- Pain
Everyone's port is not on the same side. Mines is on the left and so are many others. Every surgeon is different and place the port differently . Please seek medical advice if your pain is persistent and becomes unbearable. There's nothing like advice from a medical professional. - New To Myfitnesspal...looking For Friends
