Sleeved on June 27th and feeling pretty good so far. Having some soreness, but not really pain, per se. Trying to get in my walks (in 100 degree heat, oh my) and water. Not feeling any hunger, just trying to remember to sip, sip, sip. Sent from my iPad using VST -

I went in for my relaxer (pre-op) last week and discussed this with my hairdresser. We agreed that would be my last relaxer for a while and from here on out I will get weave caps. She will braid my hair then design the weave cap in any style I choose. She was doing a sew-in and a weave cap while I was there and I am excited to get mine. Sent from my iPad using VST -

I tried it a few years ago and was so lost I didn't go back. Then I got a pass to try Zumba at the place next to my gym. I went this morning and LOVED it. I can't wait to go back once I'm cleared after surgery. Sent from my iPad using VST

I an pre-op but am a little obsessive about not being prepared, so I probably bought too much. Lol. I bought a crap load of jello that I plan on making with protein powder, a variety of broth soups from Trader Joes, Almond milk, spring water, crystal light, and a variety of protein sample packs (unjury, chike, syntax nectar). -
