1/21/13 still 6 months out maybe closer to 7 months started at 299 now today 195 loss of 104 pounds

Yes if eat every two hours imma have a better eating day but if I wait periods if tunes to eat and hungry you could forget it the restriction is gooing to he crazy or if I'm upset .. But the further u get out I will be able to eat more

Yes I get drunk faster and sober quicker like could be buzzed then a hour later like nothing has happen .. Far as surgeons and drink I'm one of those ones who do what works for me surgeons have there rules but I'm drink every now and then and have done well w the weightloss so ..

Good for you if you can do it but guess what I've told everyone in the beginning and I'm still tell ppl I've help a few ppl on the way those negatives don't stop me I'm way to strong headed for that

So I'm grocery shopping my friend and her aunt are in the store why does my friend comes and confront me in front of everyone talk about don't have this surgery ( she didn't kno the difference between what surgey I'm having ) don't you want to be around for your kids and u gone die blah blah not to mention my husband was w me and walked and I just got him comfortable w the idea then the big whammy I exercise w you if u want .. Did I go off yes I did this is my life I have live my own life and god got my back imm be just fine ..not to mention a white who's just standing be nosey come up to me and said you not even big enough get your butt out there a exercise what first off lady you do not kno me are my medical history your a stranger to me who look like you never has a weight problem .. It was crazy you guys but I'm so strong minded that I've done enough homework to be comfortable about my choice .. On another note they need to do there homework before approaching me have facts cus I got this

I have to agree with this I keep up with this one women from this forum and she's on Instagram saying how she did it and ppl ask her how and she acting like she is a fitness expert as well and I was shock because I be following here from the very beginning and to see her acted in this manner is something one time I commented and said I hope she staying true to her self she wrested that with the quickness

Started out and 299 now I hit to goals to be out of the 2s and 100 pounds down in 6 months I'm now 198 and I'm 5'8 surgery was 1/21/13 I have about 14-20 pounds to my goal ill lose 15 pound first and see what that looks like

Your septic to get ammonia .. But that's just my doctor many if doctor have there own rules so this might not apply to many

The first two weeks my surgeon didnt focus on protein .. It's about getting your liquids in and staying hydrated .. Try at two weeks out you kno sometime you have to take a step back or step forward in this process because of what your body tells you I think you should try that and see how it goes with protein

My starting weight was 299 as of now I'm 198 Im 5'7 in a half but that's questionable because I look taller being 198 ppl say I look more like 145 so I set my goal at the higher end just because I would be way too small at a normal Bmi I still in the losing phase so it's not hard to maintain .. I still don't eat bread , Pasta , rice I it what I want if I turkey want it but I still drink low calorie drinks because it easy to drink your calories no I don't track my food that's not for me I try to be as normal a possible and deal w eating one day at a time .. I so happy and it feels so good some friends think if I lose more ill be too skinny but I won't be the first thin person ????

I got to two major goals in 6months 100 pounds lost and in the 100s in 6month I have about 14-20 pounds to be at my goal I'm so happy
