Is it just me or is it hard to get your liquids in? I am stuffed after three ounces or less. Horrible left shoulder blade gas pain.

No I mean 158. I had my band removed due to complications at the same time and had the sleeve done. I hope the water weight doesn't stay for too long. I'm following everything to a T.

Pls help!!! Two full days out and 2 oz makes me sooo full. I am still in hospital with low grade fever. I'm wanting to panic

Am i the only one full as a tick as soon as I have an ounce of clear fluids? I am miserable. Did you experience this?

I am beyond full from just 2 1/2 ounces of clear liquids here at the hospital. Had a revision to sleeve on Friday. Please help if I'm not the only one.

I had a hiatel hernia as well, seems to be a common thing around here

Made it all the way. Sitting here in hospital. Pain isn't bad. The only thing killing me is this nose tube that I have.

Do you mind me asking what you had? I told myself no more cheating until surgery. So far today I am good

Good deal people haha I'm glad I didn't cheat other than protein. I think I need to increase my water intake for sure. I am sooooooo nervous. I know I will not cheat after because I will not risk hurting myself and tearing my stomach. I think I'm doing great though. I have noticed I feel like I have been working out. Muscles are very sore... Anyone else?

I am not going to lie I have cheated by taking a bite of turkey or two. I have been doing two meal supplements a day with protein of course and water and etc. I am down I believe 5 lbs since Saturday.....Hav you been drinking protein and have you cheated any??

If self pay I recommend Zapata or Garcia in Mexico. Zapata did my band!! My insurance approved me within 3 weeks thank the Lord. If not I was going to go to Garcia.

Boy I would give anything for some solid meat right now. Just a piece of chicken lol. I am having surgery on the 16th. I am a revision to sleeve at 160. I got down to 129, but the past couples of years it has crept back up. I have been on liquids since sat. I did have some lunch meat the other day and a turkey link yesterday. It really helped. Where are you having your surgery?

Am having mine done on Friday. It seems to be all happening so fast sort of. This liquid diet thing is a bummer, but oh we'll!!!!!! I have about 45 to lose. I am at 160 and have been this weight for nearly 3 years. I was banded in 07' and started at 227 got down to 129 and back up to 160. I Amos ready to lose all of this extra weight. I am on day two of all clear liquids. I want some soup so bad I am about to scream. I am having a revision to sleeve. 30 bmi I also want some meat just some turkey. Nothing bad just some substance

Congrats to you! I am on my liquid diet as well. Starting at 160. I had the band for five years. I am getting a revision. Today is my second full day and I want to EAT oh my goodness. I am proud of you for sticking to it 7 days

I have had the band for 5 years and have done great until this past year. I am having a revision to sleeve done this coming Friday. I started at 227 got down to 129 then have been at 160 for almost three years. I am so ready to finish losing th weight I need to. I am thankful that I did maintain at 160 though for so long considering I haven't had restriction. I am also so thankful that I literally was approved for both surgeries within 3 weeks and have no health issues at all except that I have been over weight since I had my daughter. I am so excited.
