My first fill was highly over rated with fear and scary thoughts. It was painless and didn't appear to work. Remember, several fills maybe will give you the filled sensastion you need. I think I'm findly feeling some restriction on my 3rd fill. The build up of fliuid in the band allows the restriction to "assist" you. YOU still have to do the work and eat proper choices of food types. I tend to pick a day or two during the week that all I eat is 2 protein shakes for the first 2 meals and a big bowl of soup for dinner. It seems to work for me.

Being dealing with the same thing all weekend and the pat two days! I took phenegren that my doc prescribed after surgery and that took away the nausea and needing to throw up! Other end hasn't faired as well! Lol

I am glad you made it home ok! Just go slow. I have to be on liquids for the next 3 weeks. You can do it. I have one week down. The only time I had problems really is when the food my family is eating smells really good. I am on clear liquids only though so you are doing better if you can have the full liquids like shakes. I like crunchy salty foods too. Actually the sweetness of the popsicles bothers me a bit. If they had cashew flavored ones I might do better! lol

Good idea, dylanmiles23! Funny you should mention pizza--- I just told my husband a little while ago that I was soo craving pizza! Lol I'm just trying to remember that by this time next week this phase will be over! Thanks for the comments, ideas, and support! It means a lot!
