What type of exercise did u do

I use the grape Tomato (thinner skins or the roma tomato also I use english cucumbers since there are virtually no seeds in them

Does anyone else have this horrible taste in their mouth? I can brush my teeth 10 times a day and still have that nasty taste stuck in my mouth!!!

Ok so I'm 4 wks out and i can't wait to eat tomatoes and cucumbers but I'm scared to try them

I'm going through that now . I'm 4 weeks post op and I'm struggling not to drink with my meals. I take little sips in between it's hasn't bothered me and hopefully it won't. I try to follow 30/30 rule as much as I can!!!

I also use Natures Bounty. I take one a day!!

Tonight I got Popeyes red Beans with no rice. It was amazing!!!!!

I have to be there for 5:30 in the morning!!!! So ready to start the new healthy life!!!!

Did you have to pay your copay at the hospital prior to surgery or did the hospital bill you?

I had to pay the dr and drs assistant each $150 then pay $75 for out patient surgery all before

I have BCBS Fed. I only had to go 3 months. My surgery date is July 20. Mine was covered 100 %. I just had to cover copays.

Only the first visit I had to meet with nutritionist. The other two I just met with the nurse practitioner.

I feel the same way!!! My date is July 20. I'm so excited on the other hand.

I finally got my surgery date!!!!! July 20 th... I'm so excited and ready for this new journey.
