  1. This week (one year anniversary) I've lost weight every day! Dropped another 4 pounds just this week and have not worked out a single bit. I haven't dropped weight like this in almost eight months! Guess my body is on again!

  2. 20 pounds away from my goal weight! One year Anniv next week! I'm on track and I feel amazing! LISTEN, you will run into weight loss stalls! DOn't get alarmed. The moment you start eating meat again, weight stall. And every so often (more often than not) weight stall. I would go weeks without weight loss. And then all of a sudden I'd drop 3-5 pounds. The weight will come off. Be patient!! But keep in mind, once you start eating meat, exercise will help spee...

  3. It's probably time to post updated pics. Photos soon to come! Three pounds away from 100 pounds total loss (20 pounds pre + 80 pounds post)

  4. It's probably time for me to post updated pics. Photos soon to come!

  7. I'm finally in the 200 pound club again! My first goal : ) However, my weight loss has slowed tremendously : ( It's so strange. It's like my weight loss rotates weekly. One week I'll drop 1 to 1.5 pounds and the next week I'll drop 2.5 to 3 pounds... or not. And that's with workout. Previously I was dropping a pound a day without workout. I guess it's expected now that I'm on regular diet.

  8. I can't wait until I'm in the 200 pound club again! Almost there!

  9. Every time I look around or ask around everyone in post-op status has a slightly different post-op diet. Although everyone starts with clear liquids, some start full liquids just a few days after discharge, where others remain on it for over a week. The inconsistency just confirms that there is no real guideline. It's more like a preference of the facility.
