    Exactly, when your little sister sees you getting healthy, positive, confident, and more energetic, what more of postive influence on her to get healthy by doing what you arw doing, not surgery, but portion control and exercise! Make NO apologies...period regardless to who it is..yeah you may love them, but this is about loving you!!!!!

    i have been working witb Alma at Ready 4 a change. and she has been,absolutely awesome...she helped me reschedule...and has told me what to expect...i have also talked to other patients there who have told me that the coordinators pamper them...i feel very confident and excited about Alma at ready for a change......
