  5. Yep, anything that melts in your mouth and becomes liquid in your stomach goes towards the 64 oz. I had a hard time keeping up with everything I was drinking because I was doing a variety and the logging got crazy, so I got a 10 oz container and poured everything I drank into that container and just added a mark next to 10oz each time I finished one. Except of course jello and Popsicles, but it worked for me!
  6. Congrats and yeah push for them ice chips!!
  7. What size "bougie" he uses (if you are interested in knowing that)? What you should expect to feel like right after surgery, gas, etc.? How many leak tests does he do and when does he do them? How many of this type surgery has he done? Okay, just a few that I asked mine....I am sure others will give you more ideas
  8. You will be fabulous!! Your walking before surgery will help you in your recovery!! Walk as soon as you can in the hospital and keep on walking! LOL - it really does help with the gas! Keep us posted

  14. Yep perfectly normal!! Awesome discarding of some weight!! That is how I am going to refer to it from now on....LOL...I am discarding weight!!
  15. You could start taking the same Vitamins you will be taking after surgery. I would also suggest calling your surgeons office and asking what they recommend?
  16. Yep, they knocked me out for mine. Don't remember any of it. They are looking at your esophagus and stomach to see if any problems before they go in to do surgery. Most of us had one done before surgery!
  17. Clear liquids week 1. Week 2 started Protein shakes again and clear liquids. Also started using 42g New whey Liquid Protein (watermelon or grape) mixed in with my FUZE slenderize. Have not had any problems getting my protein in this way.
