Yesterday I made my mind up that by August 20th, my two year bandiversary I will be closer to goal than I am today. I have to do this for me.....this thread has given me the motivation that I need to continue to have to the "want to" to get to this goal. Yes, I would like to be 20 lbs lighter, but if I am 10-15 lbs that would be just as wonderful. Thanks everyone for their input here!

The meetings are every first Monday of the month at the Handlebar on 9th Avenue at around 6 p.m. I think for the month of July it will be on the 11th since the first monday is on the 4th. I will try and let everyone know when I get the information!! -

I know when I had diabetes, I would be a total crab..until I ate!! I as an adult would even say that I wasn't hungry...I had my 2 year old checked for it and was supposed to do more testing in January, but I have checked it on my own and he is fine....That is a good thought and it can't hurt to have blood work done just in case. Good Luck to you!

No, you should not get sick like that everytime you eat. Your stomach is probably extremely swollen. I would not try anything by mouth for 24 hours and then start with liquids, mushies and then real food. Or you could get a slight unfill.....Good Luck and keep us posted!

I find that when I have Dairy products i get reflux bad, so needless to say I really really miss my milk with Ovaltine!
