I eat beef and alot of salads with chicken or the club salad from Subway. To be honest, I don't get my protein or my water in. I do not eat any type of bread. I do eat veggies. I cook from recipes alot!!! I get them from allrecipes.com...Good Luck

I talk to Melissa at least every other day....She is married to Brent and has 2 twin boys..... It has been an OK journey. My bandiversary is tomorrow and I am going to take some pictures and post before and after pics of me. I may take the pictures tonight. I go in Monday to get a fill to help lose the last 20-40 lbs. Donali---no I didn't get the flaunt, I got 2 others, but I don't remember what the name is and today I am not wearing either one. I was a 38DD when I started and guess what--they measured me at Lane Bryant when I got mine and I am STILL A 38DD!!!!!! I was hoping for maybe a 36 or just a D...but, I guess I can say I am blessed. Just FYI: I am going in on Monday for a fill--hoping to lose my last 20-30-40 lbs; whatever I lose. I can eat a whole Nachos BellGrande from Taco Bell for lunch:-)

Wanted to let everyone that was banded or has plans to be banded by Dr. Spiegel in Port Neches that we are starting a support group. It will be called The TLC Support Group. Our first meeting will be on July 13th at 5:30 in the NederlandPt. Neches area. We are still deciding on a location, I will post it once we decide for sure. We will start having these meeting the second Tuesday of every month. If at all possible let me know if you plan on attending. I will be looking forward to putting your face with your screen name!!!

When we were at the last meeting and Melissa introduced me as the President; they were like what is your number. And I had to explain that I work a full time job and have a husband and child and can't publish my number. My phone would be ringing off the wall. And I can't quit my full time job to do volunteer work, if you get the drift. But, I hope you do join us on Aug 5th at the next meeting:-)

Hello! There is no charge for the support group. We have changed the meeting to Aug 5th at the Holiday Inn on Jimmy Johnson at 6pm. The were the 2nd Thursday of the month, but we have changed that. Please come!!!!!
