  1. I had my surgery last year in march and I go to the gym 6 days a week. I workout out different parts of my body on different days. My arms and legs have toned up really good but i am having trouble with my ab area still. I dont know if its just how my body wants to respond or not but for the most part you should be able to tone up pretty well with the right exercises and foods. As far as the loose skin goes we kind of have to deal with it but for some you won't have any at all. Good luck on your surgery, it will be the best thing you can do for yourself, I love it!

  2. Im 9 months post op and have been working out but not as much as i should be. How does everyone get the motivation to get out there and start getting your work out on. I work out of town during the week so im stuck at my hotel most of the time which doesnt have a gym. Just need some tips to get that extra motivation??

  3. I was the same way when i was sleeved back in march. I was always worried about a leak but now im 8 months post op and i am perfectly fine. The number 1 thing is to follow your surgeons instructions exactly how it is written down or by what they have told you and you should be ok. Dont stress off of it to much, just relax and take it easy. Let your body rest and heal on its own.
