I hit a stall for a couple of months so i changed up my diet and workout routine, Its finally working and i am seeing progress again. I am at my lowest weight ever!

Alright finally getting over this stall that i have been on for the longest time! Its taking alot of hard work but only a few more pounds until im the 100's!

I've been stuck at this weight for a while now! Its getting pretty old but oh well, its making me work even harder at the gym!

Im just over 8 months post op and im feeling GREAT!! Almost 90lbs lost and continuing on a great pace!
