  1. Thanks! Yes, I did exercise. I really tried to avoid the "skin issue" and it has REALLY paid off! I started out walking 3 days a week about 2 miles around the 3rd month. Then I increased it to 4-5 days 2-4 miles in the 4th month. Finally, I started running 3 days a week and walking 3 days a week in the 5th-current month. Strict 1200 or less calorie intake daily (ok, i slipped a few times, but not much :))
