Awwh I understand how you feel, I'm still bloated and feel pregnant too, but talking to these folks on the forum makes you feel at ease because your not alone. It does get easier hang in there Sharon xoxo -
I know rest and take it slow is the key to speedy recovery, but does that mean staying in your bed and not going anywhere part of the deal??? I'm too use to being up and out, but hubby is tryna keep me home bound ugh!!!

Banded On The 28Th, So Much Pain

Hey Foxxie I just got banded on the 29th, I had all kinda taughts like what the hell I was thinking but I'm already losing weight I walk around my house like it was a track. It helps a lot with the gas pain -
I starting my journey as of today. The challenge for me is getting up and down of my bed and getting a diet plan together

i Found that if you use a heating pad it relieves the gas pain. The only thing is that you start burping and passing a lot of gas, but hey it's a relief!
