I AM GOING ON ANOTHER CRUISE, SATURDAY. I go on cruises every other month. I have to carry a coffee cup around to throw up in public. It looks like I am sipping coffee but actually I am spitting up. "A SPITTER" NOW I AM WHAT THEY REFER TO AS 'A SPITTER'

I still do not know what happened to me or why. They said I was bleeding internally. They said I was out of it for 3 days. I remember oxygen masks being forced onto my mouth & nose while I was fighting them. I got the med records fm the hospital. I paid $350 for the records. Got the records to a number of Lawyers. One Lawyer by the name of BYRON CASEY, was kind enough to explain what to do & how to do it. He helped me file everything. Then his friend, set up the panel & together they "Threw me under the bus & watched each of them roll over on me." "Oh I had a little bleeding & the Dr. Fixed it." They said, No records of the 911 calls in the medical records. I AM NOW ON THIS SITE BECAUSE THE DOCTORS & LAWYERS LIED ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED TO ME. THERE IS NO HONOR LEFT IN MANKIND.

TO THOSE OF YOU WHO WANT THIS SURGERY. DO IT. MAKE SURE SOMEONE STAYS WITH YOU UNTIL YOU ARE OUT OF THE WOODS. My little Sister had the same surgery. Performed by the same Doctor but a different Hospital. She is 4'10. She went fm a size 18 to 4 in one year. It works. MAKE SURE SOMEONE SLEEPS OVER NIGHT WITH YOU. I AM SORRY IF I OFFENDED ANYONE. I AM ALSO SORRY IT DID NOT WORK FOR ME. I WOULD PAY $100K TO BE BACK TO A SIZE 5, 6, 7. WANT PHOTOS?

3 inches think, hard to understand or read. Several lawyers reviewed the records & turned down the case. They said, "They too appalled @ having to call 911 but Medical Malpractice is too expensive. It's time consuming & it is too hard. If I got rear ended, I would have a line of lawyers waiting for the case. And...this is the truth.

I STILL DO NOT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED. MY DOCTOR WOULD NOT TELL ME. THE PANEL COULD NOT TELL ME. The only thing my Doctor's Nurse told me was that "I was gone for 3 days & they did not think I was coming back." I was given blood transfusions, on oxygen ventilators, and in ICU for 5 days. In front of God... I am lying about nothing. If I had something to hide... I would be insane to be on here shouting fm the rooftops.

NO, I HAVE NOT BEEN TO ANOTHER DOCTOR BUT THAT IS A GOOD IDEA. I went for blood work, pap & mammogram but never had this checked out. I think you are right. I am going to go to another Dr for a 2nd opinion.

LOL Um... I called 911 on the telephone. The only way to call a Nurse is from the buzzer or the controls on the bed or in the bathroom. The nurse removed the remote. The call nurse buttons on each side of the bed did not work. I could not scream I could hardly talk. I tried to call out "Nurse." I could not hit on anything to make noise. Then I saw the phone that was on a night table but it not right next to my bed. I had to wiggle thru the hospital bed bars to get it & I think that is would could have caused a lot more bleeding. NOTHING FISHY. I HAVE MONEY. I PAID $15K CASH FOR THIS SURGERY. SHAME ON YOU. I'VE NEVER SUED ANYONE.

THE DOCTOR: I've not see nor heard from him since. That's why I filed the suit against him too. Worst part about it is that the Doctor is handsome like Don Johnson. He would be the last Doctor that I would want to sue. THE DOCTOR NEVER TOLD ME WHAT HAPPENED. His Nurse, Holly, told me that "I was gone for 3 days & they did not think I was coming back." She said the pain I was experiencing was because I was bleeding internally. Given 2 1/2 pints of blood. DOCTORS ON THE REVIEW PANEL SAID: I had a lil bleeding & the Doctor fixed it. ANYBODY KNOW A LAWYER IN LOUISIANA? I may donate every cent to charity of their choice. May be the only way to make this hospital pay. Heard of pro bono? I can't pay Lawyers to take this case in Louisiana. BECAUSE LOUISIANA IS SO CORRUPT!

FINDING A LAWYER IN LOUISIANA FOR MALPRACTICE IS AMOST IMPOSSIBLE. It cost too much in time & money then it is very had to prove. Numerous Law Firms refused to take my case even though they were outraged that I had to call 911. This does fall under the Malpractice Category, it is not really a malpractice case. It's neglect. THE NURSE: The Nurse was with 2 of her friends and they had a major attitude. The first time I awoke i was in pain. I called the Nurse. She came into my room with 2 other women saying "You aint getten any mo medicine...You already got all you gonna get!" I thought to myself, oh God, they must think that I am a drug addict. I do not take any kind of Rx or use illegal drugs. Anybody can run my MIB report to see that I am truthful. (MIB is a report fm Medical Info Burearu) This reports and & all Rx, who it was written by & what it is used for. This is how Ins Co. do their underwriting. With that, I just went back to sleep. Then I awoke again, in great pain and could not find the remote. The rest is history. I still wonder who the 3 women were... RESULTS: FROM JUNE 10, 2010 TO: FEBRUARY 29 I AM STILL A FAT WILDERBEAST. 5'2 & 200 LBS. THAT IS DISGUSTING. I was never fat until Hurricane Katrina. My sister always had weight problems. She had this same surgery by the same doctor & she lost 100 lbs. NOTE: I can't eat a meal. If/when I eat too much, I vomit. I can take one bite and it will be ok. QUESTION: If I vomit each & every time I over eat....Why can't I lose this weight? No way do I eat as much as I did before the surgery. SOMETHING IS WRONG? Any ideas?

The panel of 3 Doctors lied & omitted evidence. I asked them what did the Dr. do to treat the problem. What was the problem? What caused me to faint, become unconcious & need oxygen & blood transfusions? THE DOCTORS WERE ALL SILENT. They could & did not answer the question. I said, I had to call 911 to save my life when I paid $15,000 cash to a hospital for 1 day surgery. These 3 Doctors said, We do not have any evidence that you called 911 & it is not in your medical records either. I'm steaming.... They added insult to the injured.
