Angie The best encouragment i can give you is to think are you happy with the weight you are now? Have you tried mutliple times to shed the pounds only to gain them and more back can you see yourself in 10 years as you contiune to put on weight? I Know i cant stand the thought for myself and this is my way to cure that. Obesity is an illness same as other illnesses. Now if they told you that you had appencitis would you say hmm no i dont want the surgery. Of course not. Thats what this is for me (and almost everyone else on here). I know that if i dont do something for my weight I am going to die. Not tomorrow not next week but way sooner then i should. I also know this weight is causing me not only emotional pain but physical pain. My knees scream at me when i walk up stairs. My back hurts almost all the time. I dont want to miss out on life cause of my weight. I wish i could have had this done 10 years ago. Now smile and prepare cause we are on a journey a journey to better US! and your right along with us for the ride So buckle up and lets all enjoy the scerney. Cause this is just the first step and its going to get better from here.
