I'm so excited for you! I'm starting mine on Monday. There is a schedule for the workouts you can print online or when you receive the DVDs there is a book that has the schedule too.

I haven't exercised in forever either. But from what my friend tells me it's amazing and a super easy workout. If you go to teambeachbody.com make a profile and I can add you to my group of friends or you can add me. My name on there is furby036. It's free to sign up. Does anyone eat sandwiches with the thin round bread?

I have BCBSIL and mine was covered. I'm almost 4 weeks post op. my surgeons name is Emma Patterson in Portland Oregon. I have had no complications. Best surgeon ever! I paid around I'm not sure what my final cost is I'm still waiting for all my bills to come in.

Just some ricotta cheese- some home made (no sugar) marinara sauce- grated parm of some kind- and I think this one had thin slices of ham on it- baked in a hot oven <img src='http://www.bariatricpal.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
