Yuck!! Those are just nasty! I switched to gummies. Way better. But if u really want to take te chewables, don't eat them together. Do one in AM and one PM. That helped me but then I just stopped cuz they were so gross.

Hormones! I went thru it. In 3 months out and the month 2 I was so grouchy all the time! And everything was great in my life. I had hoped it wouldn't last and it didn't. Im fine now our bodies go thru so much and the hormones are so out of whack. Give it time.

Well from august till this April, I lost 60 lbs on my own. My surgery was April 9 and I've lost 56 post op. I havent been in too many stalls. My weight seems to steady at about 2-3 lbs per week on average.

I am just thoroughly enjoying my confidence now. I'm enjoying the attention. I'm enjoying the compliments. I'm enjoying the looks while I'm driving from the guys. Today I was told that I had 'dreamy' eyes by a guy. I'm happily married. But this is a nice change to barely even being noticed before. I walk with my head up now instead of looking at the floor. What a difference. Love love love where this is going. 111 lbs down since august 2011. Another 90 to go!

I NEVER DEPRIVE MYSELF!! I've noticed though that I really don't crave sweets anymore. I crave crunchy salty things. I just make sure I portion out 100 calories if I really want that snack. Thankfully My wonderful sleeve tolerates everything.

I totally agree about the hairs being closer. As I got fatter I noticed I was LESS hairy. Because I was expanding! Lmao. Now 111 lbs lighter it's like de ja vu!

I always use a straw! My surgeon says its fine as long as it doesn't bother me. I can get more fluids in by using a straw.

Be prepared. My boobs were the first to go. Looks like someone popped them. Lolol

I had a scare too. I had my endoscopy done before surgery and they found a " tumor" on my stomach. Well turns out its a cyst. They thought I had stomach cancer! Ughhhh. But it was tested and everything came back benign. So now it just needs to be monitored. Praying for you that it's nothing serious.

How far out are you? And the answer is yes!! I love nuts. In moderation of course. For me they are a slider. I can eat a lot.

Yup had one. Not as bad as u think. Put in after I was under and taking out was no biggie

Yea u sure did find a slider. They're ok for an occasional snack. Not the healthiest choice. But we all need a "fix" once in a awhile
