  1. Hi' date='

Tomorrow I will be 5 weeks out, and over the past few days I have been going from feeling ravenous - like will eat my hand hungry, and can't think of anything else! to ofcourse feeling extremely full after like two teaspoons of food.

I'm finding this all so new. Just last week I was holding off eating because of the pain I got in my back and my chest from certain foods - but now I feel I can eat more foods, but its this starving feeling that I don't like..

At this stage - 5 weeks out, how often should I be looking to eat and how much at a time?

    Any help appreciated.[/quote']

I felt the EXACT same way. When I was on a PPI for about a week, this feeling subsided.

  2. I have Wii Fit Plus but haven't been on it in months... I got tired of hearing the animated board thingy say "oOOooooo that's OBESE!!!" every time I got on to check my weight! LOL!!

That's what I do for my workout. I am addicted to the Yoga section! It was a FINE, FINE day when the snide little voice FINALLY chirped, "That's overweight!" My new goal is to hear the next snide remark... That's a good weight?

  3. What about the wii Just Dance games? Those are aerobic ad have sweating games that really work. I just did Zumba and burned 226 in 20 mins. Give it a try.

Is Zumba for Wii fun? What would you recommend? Does Zumba use the Wii balance board?

  4. My official NUT 1 weight was 290' date=' and NUT 2 was 280. He was surprised. Surprised? Yes, he went on to tell me he had never seen anyone lose 10# in their first month. I'm not surprised. I told him before, losing weight is easy. The hard part is keeping it off.

    Is 10# really that unusual?[/quote']

Is this pre-sleeve? Or post sleeve? By 10# do you mean 10 percent? Because my doctor said that in the first month 25 pounds was the average post sleeve.

  5. As of today, I have lost 58 pounds with 42 more to go.I knew when I was fat that I often subconsciously leaned on things to support me as I maneuvered through the day. It wasn't until recently that I realized the extent of this habit. This morning as I was showering, leaning on to the wall of the shower, I told myself to straighten up and stand firmly on my 2 feet. I'm hoping to eradicate this habit from my repertoire ! Anyone else?
