I just received my sample box today and I ate the Apple Pie, it's delicious......!

I ordered these online (you can google quest protein) and each bar has 20 grams of protein, the bars have anywhere between 3 to 6 carbs, anywhere from 1 to3 grams of sugar and the calories vary, in my box I don't see any of them over 210 calories.

My Dr. told me the procedure last about an hour and a half....

Yes, fuzzy navel is horrible. After, I tasted that one it took me almost 3 weeks to rty another flavor because that one was so bad....!

I am pretty frustrated here . I have not lost any weight in going on 3 weeks , as a matter of fact I have gained1lb . This is some bull.... I know I keep hearing everyone say this will pass and and you will start losing again, uh hello when! I know that I do not get all the required protein or liquids in and I do minimal exercise, but come on for real how long is this really going to go on. So this week I am going to push myself to get a lil more excerise and getting more protein in :wub: . I never thought it would be such a chore to eat, it just makes me not want too. Help me pls!

I took off 8 weeks, my first two weeks after surgery were ok however, weeks 3 and 4 were bad. I was totally exhausted and had no eneregy at all. I am so glad I did not go back to work after two weeks like I originally planned.

Yes, I experienced the same thing and i believe it is from not being hydrated enough.

I did not experience that, however from what I have heaard this is normal.

PreciousCargo, I can so relate to you. It is getting pretty hard for me to continue to log on to this website and continue to see this on a daily basis. I had surgery on 01/25/12 and am only down 21 pounds and have been in a stall for, this week makes 3 weeks. I am doing eveything I am suppose to and my feelings are really getting hurt making me think I am doing something wrong or even questioning my Dr's skills (thinking did he do this right). this is so frustrating, I feel like I risked my life for nothing. I have lost 21lbs before on my own.

Yes, I have the hospital that I had my surgery done at has a program that does this. However, I'm in California..

Congrats and everything will be just fine. Well I would say 50 lbs pre op, you ain't lying about hitting the ground running that's great!

This is one that's in the sample pack and it is really really good.
