  2. My pre-op was only liquids for 2 weeks before, protien shakes, yogurt, creemed soups, sugar free puddings. wasn't to bad to stick with. i did 3 weeks because i was hoping to have my surgery a week earlier but didn't happen, anyway lost 20lbs before surgery.
  3. Cant stand the powder, and i know the shakes are more exspencive but the pure protien shakes and the EAS myoplex light i like. my daughter found that sams has the eas 18 pack.
  4. can't make commints from my I-phone either ask for password. let me know if you find out what to do
  5. I am 13 days post op, when does the port pain stop. I am fine as long as i dont have any clothes on. Its like my port gets squeezed between my bra and my jeans. even though my jeans are loose.

  7. julz. i can definitely relate to the allein baby sounds lol, But they are getting better. Post op check up went well, dr was pleased with everything (wt lose, insitions healing, ect) got my instructions for my first fill on may 23. thought i would share some information that was on my instructions sheat. ARE YOU IN NEED OF A FILL? 1. are you hungry? 2. are you eating large meals? 3. are you looking for food? 4. can you eat 1/2 of a sandwich with untoasted bread? 5. are you having to use willpower? Note: IF YOU COULD HAVE LOST WEIGHT ON WILLPOWER, YOU WOULDN'T HAVE NEEDED SURGERY! I just thought that that statmean speakes volums to me because i struggled with the why cant i do this on my own. and people telling me that i wasn't trying hard enought.

  11. I am at 3 days pot op and ya i question weather i did the right thing or not. but i think thats just the post op blues. I am feeling more like myself today so for now its just one day at a time.

  13. Hi all i am 2 days post op and feeling preaty good. haven't had any pain meds but for the day of surgery. yesterday just managed with liquid ibuprofin only a little sore just getting up and down is the only time i hurt. Have a little gas pain in my chest but its tolerable. Was told to take a dose of MOM as soon as i got home and it worked wonders helped move the gas right on out . Nauseated when i got home but they had given me a rx for liquid phenagren to rub on my rist stopped the nausea almost immediaetly. Now if i could just get rid of this sinus headach i would be almost 100%
