What an adventure this has been and it seems like all I've done is hurried up and wait since Novemeber. Now I'm waiting on insurance to respond for approval or denial. I was told Monday it was sent off and Tricare has a quick turn around. Then I get a confirmation email today that my package was "sitting" with a stack of 18 others waiting to be sent and how sorry they were for the delay. Is it just me being self centered or does it sound like the insurance department in the surgeons office needs a call.

I realize people are busy but I've been with them since November and when you are there they want you to believe it is all about you and how important you are. now I feel like I'm just another person in a stack of papers.

I'm ready to do this and now I'm just waiting, waiting & waiting

that is the hardest part the waiting, was told it would only take 2 weeks after submitting the paperwork and it took 4 thought i would go bonkers. but i hav esurvived surgery is next week on the 12. You will too it will all be worth the wait.
