I took a 2 week holiday a have Told a few people close friends and family. I wanted to see the results and not feel foolish like the many other diets and lifestyle changes. Some days it's easy and others are challenging but 11 stone 13lb lighter with 25 lb to go and then learn to maintain. It's been life changing. Tell dont tell go with your gut feeling. You can share later that's my plan.

I posted pictures yesterday and I totally understand how you felt. I think it's amazing to see how your body changes and acknowledge your success. Before surgery I used to come on here and read and look at everyone's posts and I loved the photo ones they gave me such hope. As I truly did not think I would do so well. Your doing great keep posting photos.

Visited hospital today and advised that I am classed as a success as I have lost 79% of my body weight with the band. Really delighted with my results so far started 361 lost 60 pre op diet now 196 still 26 pounds to initial target that I wanted to reach cant wait to see what I weight in 8 weeks at band anniversary. This is the best tool ever as long as you follow the guidelines and rules.

Mine says 60 to 70 Protein I would not worry, but speak to your surgeon or nutritionist next time you visit. And keep to your cup or cal guide.

My first 80 not many people noticed or did not say anything as in the past 8 years this is the figure I yo yo with the next 30 pounds made i huge difference to me. I saw my shape change and also had no more clothes to shrink into. But the next 50 saw lots of changes old friends walk past me. My son called me skinny. My knees don't hurt. I love shopping bargains or previously enjoyed in the goodwill shops.
