Yes eating slow is hard my dietician wants Me to stop shakes but I don't think I can make the 60 without my one shake made with total Greek yogurt each day. Other than that he really happy with my progress. The next 4 weeks are going to be a challenge. Festive meals and treats every where only safe place is our house. So glad I have the bypass as this will keep sugary treats at arms length : ) keep in touch guys

Hi I am in Scotland, NHS revision band to bypass done 16th September 2015. I use Phd diet whey as its so low in Carbs. 39lb in 12 weeks will keep a look out for other uk people x

Hang in there the liquid diet or low carb pre op is to shrink the liver and make surgery easier keep that thought it's about your health. Surgery day will be here soon : )

I get bloated when I eat too fast I am 3 weeks out

I am 3 weeks out from gastric bypass and I feel tired after my shower. One of my incisions is infected was hoping to return to work but Dr feels I should stay off another week. Managing to drink fluids and working on pureed stage. On the whole I feel on track I worry when trying new foods as have experienced early dumping bloated dizzy sweats think I eat too fast.
