I am being banded on May 9th! Yay!

I am allowed glucerna meal replacements, crystal light, and broth. This has to stay at 1200 cal. for 2 weeks. It's awful! I started today. Good Luck!

I am addicted to coffee as well and I don't think I can give it up! I gave up my diet cokes and I can't imagine life without any caffeine. Do you know why the doctors prefer we don't drink coffee after being banded?

What protein shakes are you using? How do they taste? What are you mixing them with?

Are you on strictly liquids? What will they allow you to have? I am only allowed the Meal Replacements, Water, and broth!

I started liquids today and it is so hard!! I am going to be banded May 9th. These 2 weeks are going to be awful.

I start my pre op diet tomorrow. My surgery is scheduled for May 9th! -

I finally got my surgery date today. I am so excited! It's scheduled for May 9th. Yay! I am so nervous because of the pre surgical diet. I know it is going to be difficult for me. Can anyone make any suggestions to me on how to make it a little easier?
