Its really funny what we are.looking forwards to....a month ago i would have laughed at mushy food but now i say .....pretty please no more shakes.....lol

Today is the 1week mark....had surgery last thursday and the gas has finally let up a little bit ,gas x didnt Work for me.at all but phazine worked great and is really good going down ....STILL not allowed to eat.real food yet but the protien shakes are a real help .....just got off the scale and ive already lost 24 lbs .....man i.hope it keeps comming off ....all tis has.been possible.because.of the people on here and watching their do's and dont's....thanks everyone
