Gooooooooooood Morning, Violets!!! I got to Saginaw at 11:11 p.m. and that's 3/4 of my journey. DD Kris picked me up and we are at the hotel. I just got in from a swim and the hot tub and tomorrow we are going to go birthday shopping for the Bobster. I'll be home at my own computer tomorrow evening. The pics look great so far. I can't go into the links yet cause my drawers are droopin and I need to finish my healthy snacks (read M&M's and cheese curls) before I go to bed. I had the very, VERY best time in Texas with ya'll!! Like I said with my lapband, I'd do it again in a heartbeat!!! I too have not laughed that hard in a long time, thank you very much Miss Pa-MEL-a. Night all. Prayers and Purple Power to you tomorrow Kat!!!!!I'll be waiting to hear how the surgery went. You're gonna look so gorgeous when that's all done.. Even more gorgeous-er than you are now!! Good Morning, Violets.. We just checked out of the hotel and we're on our way to the airport for my 10:30 flight. Slept good last night and feel much better today. Now the Bobster has a sore throat. Oh well.... See you all in 7 hours!!!!!

I'm leeeeeeeeeeeeeeavin' on a jet plane.. don't know when I'll be back again...... ok, so I'll be back here Tuesday, who am I kidding?? (DD is picking me up at the airport Monday night and we're spending the night and going shopping on Tuesday.. yippee!!!) I'm out the door to head to the airport. I'll see ya'll in TEXAS!!!!!!

I've been packed for weeks now.. na na na na na na!! The toiletries went in this morning after I put my face on. I'm good to go!!

5 hours til we leave here and I'll be on my way!! I won't be able to be in touch unless the hotel has internet and nobody is hogging it! I'm in the air at 10:30 tomorrow morning!! Woooooooooo hoooooooooooooooooooo!!!

I'll have on a yellow shirt and khakis. I'll be the one with a handful of Kleenex. I'll be all set if I can figure out where the front is!!!

I'm flying in on Northwest. From what Terry said before we are in different terminals. I just talked to TracyK and I'm not sure I trust her to find me with that accent of hers!!! I'll have my phone on as soon as I land too and I just have a carry on. I have a cough, stuffy nose and runny eyes, but I'm going to Gruene!!! Won't we be a pair???:cry_smile:

Good Morning, Violets.. Not a real good sleeping night last night. I'm up for my 8 a.mnail appointment, then coming home and going back to bed til Ethan gets here. We'll leave here when Ethan's daddy picks him up. Got to print out my boarding pass today, load up my toiletries and I'm good to go!! Catch ya'll later!!

Good evening, Violets.. I went to choir rehearsal tonight and then German class and I should have just stayed home. I feel worse now than I did when this started. I'm going to head to bed and hope that sleep will take care of some of it. I WILL be on that plane Friday morning, never fear. We just might have to set up a medical room for Pam, Jane and me. :party: Everyone have a good night. 2 more sleeps and I'll be in Texas where it's warmer than the 50 degrees we have here right now!!!

Hippiemama... There is a thread for April 08 bandsters. Though I'd love to help you with any questions, etc. I'm in the oldsters group and don't have the same things in common with you like some of the youngsters on here. Your best bet is to join the others that had surgery the same month as you this year. That's what we all did on this thread. Good luck on your weight loss!!!

Laura.. ((hugs)) I understand too. We have hardwood floors in our home now because of pets. Jetta, the garage dog, destroyed every carpet we had. I love the hardwood floors, but sure wasn't planning on that when we bought this house. And now that we have them, it's a good thing because our Yorkies are piddle pad trained and to them carpet = piddle pad. The only carpeting we have is on the steps and in the "gym". They aren't allowed in the "gym" and the steps have to be cleaned every month, it seems. Even the stair landings are wood. But I do so understand you not wanting her to go to a shelter or someone else's home. You're doing the kindest thing for her.

Just a reminder to make it the 1 liter size. That has the nifty top on it so i don't have to keep removing a cap and losing it. We old people tend to do that a lot. :w00t::tt2: Actually any brand with the sippy top will be fine. I'm not THAT particular!! :thumbdown:
