Pugsley is resting in peace. I had to stay strong for my dad.... My mom couldn't be there, it was too painful. I felt at peace holding his little head until he took his last breath. It was very fast thank God. RIP Pugsley.

Today my parents will be putting down their beloved Pugsley. He brought them joy for 14 years. The poor little old guy can no longer stand. He will be a little Pug angel in doggy heaven. It's gonna be hard but I will also be by his side until he takes his last breath. This is the first time I have had to see a pet be put to sleep, but I feel I must be there to keep my parents strong. Wish me luck......

Update: Turns out I have slight pouch dilation as well as an esophagus that doesn't push food/liquids down as quickly as it should. My doctor said to just be mindful of the foods I eat and to take Pepcid whenever I feel I need it.. My band is in perfect position, no slippage so that's a relief!

Hi guys! So I've been dealing with acid reflux for a few months now, taking Prevacid and tums daily. I got a 0.25 infill last week and I'm scheduled for an upper GI X-ray in the morning...I'm so scared I may have a slip.....this band has been my saving grace!! I'll keep u all posted:)

These pictures were taken exactly 1 year apart! We go camping at Disney Fort Wilderness every year and this was my 1st "skinny" camping experience!! Just got back yesterday, weather was absolutely amazing.

I like the Special K whole wheat ones. 120 calories for 21 crackers! Also Kashi has some healthy great tasting ones:)
