I did it I made my one yr check up and I'm looking and feeling a lot better

Had the best pride weekend there was here in Seattle! I'm under 200lbs Yes I'm almost there

Feeling good getting rid of the negative and grasping the positive knowing this will always improve my life!

yesterday was my Bday and cheated a little with chocolate moose...feel great and ready to get back on track

I'm 3 weeks out finly feeling great! my energy hasn't come back completly but feeling good

5 days out feeling dizzy and no energy...I can't wait to get back to me!
