  1. static x destroyer is my go to when im running or cycling when im ready to go balls to the wall i just put it on repeat and let loose. even if u like country this song will put u in kick butt mood. but i have mostly hard rock or metal anyways with a little lmfao, intergalactic by beastie boys. cool down songs afternoon delight, all the young dudes, just ramdoms...


  2. says its geared for children. the saber is the only one that could hold any significant weight but it does look cool. id like to kjnow how big it is i would love to get one but i dont want to looke like a bear on a tricycle


  3. eat more and drink more. i think u had that post about almost passing out at the gym. i used to have that happen all the time when was on phentermine. i ate like 800 calories a day and would then do turbo jam and just had absolutely no energy but would push myself and bam. if ur working out u need to eat more. i like intense workouts so i dont even have my band tight. its probably too loose but i need to take in more calories to compensate for what im burning

    so does anyone have any particular recipe they absolutely love? i am just starting out and i want to make a big pot of something but just not sure what. recipes are greatly appreciated. i am going to go over and check out the recipe section of this site but figured might as well plant the seed everywhere~!!!!


  5. love ur blog just spent like an hour looking through all ur goodies. definitely going to be on my favorites bar. just got my first fill yesterday so still kinda feeling the waters here. i got 4 cc in a 10cc band. i am a low bmi er so i think ill need more in a couple weeks but we will see. its interesting to read how ur band gets tighter with the weather. my knees do that all the time so yay now they have company. (sarcasm) but anyhoo thanks for the support!!!


  6. u have to get it from a dr. unless u order it online but u pay out the woozah!! primary physicians can prescribe it. ive taken it since 5th grade, im not now but i was thinking the same thing yesterday after my 1st fill. i had to do liquids the rest of the day and i was thinking about the couple aderalls i have at home that could supress my hunger which waws out of control. but i went to ladles and got some Soup and i was good.

    anyways depending on how much fill u have u might not be able to get the pill down. well maybe the little robin egg ones. definitely not the time release capsules. u would have to open it and pour the little beads in ur mouth. when i do that i only need 1/2 and it lasts all day. see if ur dr will give u those. good luck !!!


  7. i lost 20 on the pre op liquid diet. which for me was 6 muscle milk lights. the smaller ones from costco. and Water. a couple days after the surgery i already felt back to normal. no restriction it was like i never even had the surgery. and i wasnt even allowed to workout besides walking or stationary bike. i went back 2 weeks post op hoping for a fill but he said i have to wait til week 5 but he does not expect patients to lose weight until they get some restriction. these 5 weeks have been so disappointing cuz u get the band and expect to just start down the road to sucess and watch the lbs melt away but ita definitely not like that. hopefully tomorrow i will get a good restriction and be living it up baby!!! never thought i would be so excited to only eat 3 C of food a day but yes maam i cant wait!!!


  8. so the day has finally come. i cant wait to get my fill tomorrow but im worried that i wont get any restriction. just wondering everyones experiences with first fills... has anyone gone straight to a half fill or has their dr let them do the Water test on the first fill. i am so ready to just do this diet/lifestyle. i am also hoping they let me start my workouts. i got the julien michaels 30 day shred, it;s like a water downed version of insanity. anyway i just want to kinda know what to expect tomorrow. i have to drive 2 hrs each way and i just dont want to get there and expect all this restriction and not get anything. got banded 1/12


  9. i got banded on thursday and went back to work on tuesday. i am a barber so its all day on ur feet and busy so i was really sore and i always felt i had a high pain tolerance. when i walked it maybe looked like i was a little sore from working out or something. u should be fine to go back on monday. i just got banded 1/12 and i did just start my strenuous workouts with no problem except i can barely move because my muscles are so sore. praiswe jillian micheals 30 day shred. but i felt no strain on my band or any discomfort or anything
