1 pound from the 200 pound loss mark. Sooo close it's making me nuts! LOL

1 stink'n pound from the 150 pound loss mark. Ya gotta love a stubborn body not wanting to give up the pounds lol.

1 year ago today, I was binge eating like a crazy woman. I was 48 hours from surgery and 24 hours from the pre-op liquid diet and I swear I was eating everything in sight. I'm SO glad I'm where I am today rather than where I was then!

10.4 pounds lost in the month of July. I'll definitely take it!

100 Pounds...GONE!!

11 pounds of water weight gone, 5 more to go. My feet and ankles are still ridiculously swollen. Ugh!

13 hours of sleep in my own bed last night was heaven. Today, I start walking 20 minutes a day to regain my strength and work this fluid out. (yes this is what my doctor recommended lol)

1st low carb day of carb cycling. I have to tell you, it sucked. I don't know how you low carb people do it!

22 pounds of fluid (all in my legs) gone. Only 12 more to go then I'm finally back where I belong.

26 pounds of fluid gone from my legs and I can finally wear my blue jeans again!

29 degrees outside and I just finished a 2 mile walk. I think my face may fall off! LOL!

38 pounds down. It would really rock if I could be at an even 40 by Friday when I weigh in at the surgeon's.

5 days 'til my tummy tuck, skin removal, and hernia repair. I know I should be excited but I'm just dreading this. I just had surgery a month ago and really don't want to do this again so soon- especially since this one is sure to make past surgeries look like a cake walk.

8 days post TT/hernia/skin removal surgery and I actually feel halfway decent again.

A couple years ago, I got a night shirt that I just loved. When I first bought it back then I had to get the biggest size they made it in, which is a 7X/48W. Last fall the 7X was falling off me so I got the exact same night shirt again but in a 2X/24W. Once again it was falling off me so last week I ordered the smallest size they make which is a S/12W. It fits perfectly! The only thing that kinda sucks? They don't make it any smaller so when I shrink out of this one I'm screwed lol.

A year ago today, I was on a clear liquid pre-op diet to prepare for surgery the next day. My head was throbbing, I was moody as heck, starving hungry, and having serious second thoughts. I'm so glad I didn't back out

About to go on a date, not only my first one since being banded but first in many years. I'm actually a little nervous

After 3 weeks of a plateau, the scale FINALLY moved again today! It's about freak'n time!

Ah ha! I'm taking teeny tiny bites, like the size of my pinky nail, and chewing til mush as well as pausing between bites. SUCCESS!!
