  1. Ah ha!! Scale finally moved a pound down again! YAY!

  2. All my clothes are way too big. Why the heck didn't check this a couple days ago, before trying to get ready for tonight's game when I have to march my daughter across a football field for senior night? Ugh!

  3. All ready for my trip tomorrow. If I don't melt in the heat I'll be happy! ;)

  4. Another thing I've noticed since I started carb cycling: I have a really hard time getting in enough calories on the low carb days. All that high protein food is really filling!

  5. Anyone looking for something seriously filling yet good tasting, try the Atkins light meal bars. VERY filling and they taste like cheating but they're low calorie, low carbs, and high protein.

  6. As my stress level goes up, my urge to nighttime graze gets stronger and stronger. So far I've resisted but it's going to be a long week.

  12. Back from a cross country trip. Now to do damage control and get back to eating right!

  14. Been doing some reading on weight loss plateaus, so I am doing an experiment. I had 1400 calories today, will drop down to 800 tomorrow, then stay around 1000 the rest of the week. We'll see what happens!

  15. Before my last fill, I would eat close to a cup of chili for lunch. Now, I can hardly finish 1/3 cup before the hiccurps set in. It's amazing what a huge difference only .3cc can make.

  16. Being in Onederland has given me a new surge of ambition. I'm determined to get away from 200 as far and fast as possible. I don't EVER want to see that number on the scale again.

  18. Bought some winter shirts on sale. It's still so exciting to not have to shop in plus sizes anymore. It's still shocking to see myself in a mirror trying on clothes and think "wow that looks cute!" instead of "Ugh I look like a cow".

  19. Carb cycling totally worked. I'll write a big entry explaining it all later when I have more time!

  20. Coffee with sugar free zero calorie caramel shots is saving me from grazing on Christmas goodies.

  22. Cooked a huge dinner for 8 people today and it was great. While I didn't bother counting calories, I'm not worried. I listened to my body and simply stopped eating when I was not longer hungry. I think I ate 1/4 of what I ate in previous Thanksgivings. I love my band!

  23. Day 3 post tummy tuck/skin removal/hernia repair. I'm forcing myself to walk around the house every couple hours. This is so hard but I keep telling myself it's so worth it.

  24. Decided I wasn't counting calories for today only. Apparently, the band counts for itself. I had one Reese's peanut butter egg and promptly got the "full signal". *laughs*

  25. Decided to put up pics to show what a difference 100 pounds can make :)
