Had my sleeve Dec. 21st 2011. Still not at my goal weight but I'm still working out and eating my Protein. Just got diagnosed with a bad gallbladder so having it taken out in two weeks. Hopefully I can get back to my workouts quickly!!!! Curious if anyone else ended up having to take their gallbladders out post-surgery?

I'm having to get mine taken out in two weeks- I was told mine is full of sludge. Hoping that I won't have any additional hiccups as I'm still not at my weight goal.

Hi my name is Erika and I was sleeved Dec. 20th. I was hoping to find a local support group where I could go to a meeting but haven't found anything in town. Found this online group so I decided to join. I'm not fully on solids yet- taking baby steps. Did start working out but now have a small pain right above my belly button. Hoping that will subside soon. I see many of you have been around for a while. Any words of wisdom for this newbie?
