Today was my first day of liquid diet. My Dr. doesn't require it but I think its a good idea not only to prepare you mentally but to help shrink your liver. So the first day went o.k. I had a preotein shake for breakfast and a cup of soup for lucnh. I did break down and have a yougart. I had a glass of o.j. plus 36 ounces of water,which I will get more in tomorrow. Worked today and had a meeting so I wasnt able to drink as much as I have been. Frankly I was going to be nowhere near a bath...
