    No Exercise

Exercise is extremely important, especially in women because we are more prone to osteoporosis as we age. You need to exercise to keep your bones strong. Exercise can actually make you feel good overall, not to mention keep you "looking' younger. There are so many benefits to exercising, you don't have to make a chore out of it, or kill yourself to do it. Just move, walk, lift weights, swim, etc... Whatever you choose to do make it fun, but keep those joints moving. BTW, I have a total hip replaced and its is extremely important that I keep not only my old joints but my new joint moving/rotating daily to build up bone mass and bone strength!

    Favorite cheese?

Sargento to me is by far the best 'reduced' cheeses (hands down). They make them already shredded in the bags, sticks, already sliced. I always find them to be priced just right. Great quality, great taste! Now, I am hungry for some, LOLOL
  9. This could have happened to anyone, but the comments/feedback this woman has to endure is beyond vicious and just down right cruel! I am outraged and it’s just another reminder of how insensitive people are towards the overweight! Full Story: http://www.nydailynews.com/new-york/350-pound-woman-falls-upper-east-side-sidewalk-article-1.1238869 350 pound woman falls through upper East Side sidewalk Rescue crews were forced to use a crane-like mechanism to pull the woman to safety, authorities said. An overweight woman was plucked from beneath an upper East Side sidewalk after the concrete cracked and she plunged into a six-foot hole, authorities said. The 31-year-old was standing near the wall of an Atomic Wings at the corner of E. 60th St. and Second Ave. when the sidewalk collapsed about 9:15 p.m. Friday, authorities said. Rescue crews were forced to use a crane-like mechanism to pull the woman — who sources said was about 350 pounds — to safety, authorities said. The woman, who is from Rochdale, Queens, was taken to New York Presbyterian-Weill Cornell Medical Center and treated for minor injuries. 19. I know its all in my head, but I really miss a big sandwich from my fav Italin deli. Long hard italian roll, fresh Mozz, turkey, roasted peppers with balsamic, and a side of banana peppers. Its not that I can't have this on whole wheat bread, just my head/thoughts about shoving this big doughy bread in it. I haven't had a taste of regular/white/italian bread in over 7 months. Besides, I am afraid of getting stuck as I don't know what its like to and want to keep it that way, LOL

    Sodium

Great advice from CG, i do the very same thing if i open anything from a can I rinse it to try and remove any excess salt, such as black olives which are one of my favs to eat. I am just careful not to eat to many high sodium foods in a day, I do not eat Soup at all and if I do its once in a blue. I have 'controlled' high blood pressure so I have to be extra careful, and besides around the time of the month I retain Water, blah!!! so I really watch my sodium intake around this time especially....
  22. You look absolutely fantastic!! Great job! Congratulations!!!

    OK Ladies...Let's talk Boob's...

I know exactly what you are talking about gf!! LOL As for the boobs, I haven't noticed much of a change (yet), in sizes I have dropped 2 in the band, but still the same in cup sizes. I am working my tail off exercising to keep as much 'firmness' as possible. I don't know if this will happen, but I won't give up the good fight!! As for that "bumpy' thingy on the back, I hope mine is fat and not poor posture cause I know if its fat it will go away. Now, that you mentioned it I am going to take a picture of that part of my body and compare it as I keep losing weight. I have so far dissected my body into photos so I can do before and after pictures. My husband was like, wtf are you doing with pictures of your body on the computer? I was like seriously, do you think I am advertising myself, hahahahaaaaa.. He just thought that was weird, but he understands now I am doing it to see how much my body is changing, and if the exercising is helping firm some of it back, ya know??
