  1. preop, i was 333+ lbs and i wore a D40 bra at lane bryant, cacique plunge bra, same bra ive always worn. And so now, i went to bra shop due to my decreased back fat and i try on bra after bra and finally i found my size, 38 DDD!!!! Fits like a glove too. what the hell????? how can this be? ive always been a D cup and now, i lose weight and it goes to my chest?? Dont get me wrong, im not complaining, i mean, i was actually considering getting implants because i was afraid i would lose what little chest i did have. . . . . sooo confused!

What do I take post op for a bad cough?

Dont take any of those medicines! My garlic home remedy works better than any of those "medicines". TAKE 3 GARLIC CLOVES PEELED AND SLICE THEM AND BOIL THEM WITH 4 CUPS OF WATER FOR 15 MINUTES THEN LET THE WATER COOL, REMOVE THE GARLIC AND DRINK 3-4 CUPS OF THE GARLIC WATER THRU OUT THE DAY AND KEEP WARM. YOU WILL BE GOOD AS BRAND NEW IN A DAY. WORKS AMAZING!

  22. As of tomorrow, i am 7 weeks post op and 100 pounds down including pre op diet loss (24lbs). i couldnt be happier. i am averaging 3 lbs a day and no sign of slowing down. I was told of a possible stall at 4 weeks but havent experienced that yet. i am working out a lot and doing lots of hiking and focusing on my protein as much as possible. im so excited. i went from a size 24 pants to and 18 pant, and an 3x top to an XL!!! I can even fit the shirts at The Gap! Im ecstatic!! I am taking a trip to pUERTO RICO in april and by then i am estimating that i should be at goal! Very exciting! im so happy

7 weeks post op & 100 lbs down

theres lots you can do. you can bike, hike, do stairs, begin muscle building and begin strength building in your arms and legs. theres lots of stuff that doesnt directly involve the stomach but easily burns fat in that area. best of luck!
