Saw the doc today and according to her scales ive lost a stone:-) really cant see were:-)

Acording to my scales ive lost 4lb, and its only my first week. Walked for an hour this morning pussing my grandaughter in her pram,,and burn off 238 cal, my legs hurt now,,lol

I got a nice surprise this morning when I weighed myself,,it said LOW!! "yippy" Oh dam its means the battery's low

So ####ing angry..Bloody doctors..instead of being on the waiting list for 6mths.. ive now got to wait a year..I can't wait that long to have my hernia repaid I'm in too much pain!!

has been verry self indulgent today..happy birthday to me!!!

how much water can u drink after the op!! I drink like a fish lol
